“Karen has booked many of our holidays over the years. During the last year Karen has arranged our family ski holiday, a weekend break to Majorca and most recently a fantastic Caribbean cruise. Every holiday has been fantastic. Booking holidays with Karen is a breeze from start to when we are back home. Karen responds to questions quickly with professionalism and deals with any requests efficiently such as adding celebration packages and tweaking our holiday. Karen has also arranged holidays for our adult children and gives us peace of mind knowing that if there was an issue whilst they are away, Karen would not hesitate to step in to help resolve the issue. Karen is well travelled and knowledgeable in the travel business and we would not hesitate in recommending and using her services again in the future.”

“Karen is simply brilliant at finding the perfect destination for her clients. We had quite a long list on our ideal criteria, and she still managed to find us exactly what we were looking for (The Hillside Beachclub in Fethiye,Turkey) which ticked every box. Her mission is client happiness, and she went above and beyond by informing us about what documentation would be needed, sorting transfers and quickly responding to any queries. This took all the stress out of holiday prep and we had a smooth and really fabulous holiday from the moment we left home until our return. With Karen’s vast travel knowledge and experience you really are in safe hands. Just a shame she can’t do your packing too”
